E- Glass Fiber Needle Mat
RP Industries E-glass fiber Needled Mat / felt. E-glass fiber mechanically bonded glass fibre insulation blanket of uniform density. It is manufactured from a well-controlled assortment of long textile glass fibers to ensure uniform mechanical bonding with no additional binders. The resulting product has excellent insulation efficiency for extended exposure at high temperatures. Also good for sound insulation and filtration applications.

E-Glass Roving
Fiberglass roving after texturized, has good acoustic absorption, with different materials, the continuous fiberglass roving can operate from 650° C up to 800° C.
Texturized fiberglass roving can be directly injected into a muffler, plastic bag, and non-woven or winding around the perforated pipe and made into perform parts.
Applications:
- Muffler filling for power sport vehicles (motorcycles, snowmobile, and ATVs)
- Industrial silencers
- Acoustic and thermal insulation application
